All Positions are full-time, Monday-Friday.
This is a full-time position as a sales associate and data entry clerk for our Steprock location.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in engineering principles. This role is essential for driving projects from conception through to completion.
Requirements:
- Must have experience with Tekla Structures and MBS software
- PE license (or ability to get it within 6 months)
- 2-5+ years of structural steel or PEMB experience
- Strong understanding of cold-formed steel & building codes
The ideal candidate will have some experience in fabricating components and structures, particularly in building and construction environments. This role requires proficiency with various tools and techniques, and will need to follow instructions.
Duties:
- Fabricate metal components according to blueprints and schematics
- Operate power tools and machinery, including welders, tubing bender, plasma cutters, to shape and assemble materials
- Utilize micrometers and other measuring instruments to ensure precision in fabrication
- Perform stick welding to join metal parts securely
- Work on construction sites as needed, adhering to safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fabrication, particularly metal structures
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety practices
- Proficient in using power tools, welding equipment, and other machines
- Ability to read measurements accurately using tools such as micrometers
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
The ideal candidate will be the backbone of assisting daily operations. Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with painting and cleaning painting equipment, safety procedures, or previous labor experience. Certifications such as OSHA safety training are beneficial but not mandatory.
Duties:
- Prep and paint building parts
- Keep all painting equipment clean
- Assist with loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Support team members by preparing work areas, organizing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness on site
- Ensure work zones are safe and tidy by removing debris and hazards regularly
- Operate simple tools and equipment as directed and ensure proper safety procedures are followed
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors or in various indoor environments in different weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success
- Prior experience is not required, but is a plus; training will be provided on-site
- Basic physical fitness to handle manual tasks safely and effectively
Fabricating trim for metal roofing and metal buildings and completing daily tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Duties:
- Bend metal according to patterns to make metal building and metal roofing trim
- Use shear and slitter to trim metal sheets to size
- Properly load customer trailers and customer vehicles.
- Accurately assemble orders and purchase orders
- Must follow and maintain all safety standards
- Clean work area daily
Requirements:
- Must be able to become forklift certified to operate a forklift
- Physical activities required are the ability to walk, stoop, bend, and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent attention to detail
- Can differentiate colors
- Know how to work with and read measuring tools of all kinds

- Previous retail sales experience is mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Open and close the store during our hours
- Keep inventory levels at desired quantities
- Maintain cleanliness of property and store

- Communicate with the manufacturing center on a daily basis
